Deriving from the leaf of a the tall evergreen eucalyptus tree, eucalyptus oil has many health benefits. These include: respiratory system improvement, dental health maintenance and tension relief. Eucalyptus essential oil has a unique and distinctive aroma. It blends well with Ginger, Lavender, Lemon, Frankincense and Tea Tree.

Uses:

• Bath: Combine 3 to 12 drops of Eucalyptus essential oil in a tablespoon (15ml) of carrier oil first and add it to the bath to enjoy the benefit
• Diffusion: Add 3 to 5 drops (per 100ml of water) to your diffuser
• Massage: Mix 2 to 3 drops of Eucalyptus essential oil with 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of a carrier oil for a calming and relaxing massage
• Pillows and bedding: Add a few drops to pillows and bedding to relax and aid a restful sleep
