Uses:

• Bath: Combine 3 to 12 drops of Lemon essential oil in a tablespoon (15ml) of carrier oil first and add it to your bath to enjoy the benefits and a lovely citrus scent
• Diffusion: Add 3 to 5 drops to your diffuser to create a fresh and uplifting environment
• Massage: Mix 2 to 3 drops of Lemon essential oil with 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of a carrier oil for a calming and relaxing massage
• Cleaning: Add some lemon oil to a water spray bottle for a fresh and natural cleaning solution. Avoid granite and stone as it could etch the surface.
