Native to China, the Mandarin essential oil has been used by the Chinese for thousands of years. Its oil is extracted from the peel and is one of the sweetest and most calming in the citrus family. It has a mild, sweet and slightly tangy aroma. The oil blends well with Sweet Orange, Lemon, Grapefruit, Cinnamon and Lavender.

Uses:

Bath: Combine 3 to 12 drops of Mandarin essential oil in a tablespoon (15ml) of carrier oil first and add it to your bath to enjoy the benefits with a lovely scent
Diffusion: Add 3 to 5 drops to your diffuser - a natural energiser and sinus care
Massage: Mix with carrier oil and apply to area of pain
Skin: Mix one drop of oil with some carrier oil and apply to skin. (If it is sensitive, more carrier oil will need to be added)
